We are looking for a hands-on and proactive CRM Manager to take full ownership of our Zoho CRM. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our CRM is maintained and continuously evolves to meet the needs of our fast-scaling business. It will be your job to make sure the Zoho CRM lives up to this challenge.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP applications, ensuring their smooth operation through incident, problem, and change management. Perform updates, version changes, and system copies while learning about new cloud-based technologies and supporting their implementation. Resolve errors, advise, and support the use of the application, contributing to special projects, system migrations (FCI), SPS/EHP upgrades, and S/4 Hana transformation.
